I think that Sadie didn't love him at first when she came after him for her revenge. Then she discovered that the guy was not as evil as she had always pictured him. She then fell in love with Nick, much to her annoyance as it wasn't exactly her plan, was it ? It's no wonder that it took her some time before she actually hurt Nick but she didn't kill him when she had the opportunity. She even tried to cut the rope when she saw him unconscious.
So yes, Sadie did love Nick.
Who wouldn't ? ;D
