oh okay. the guy between Jimmi and Julia is Dr Nick West played by Michael McKell. He joined in the episode Step By Step (but has only been on the begginning credits since today). His character was the one who dated Elizabeth.

Yes the blond woman is the receptionist, Donna. The actress (Martha Howe-Douglas) was in two episodes of Doctors last year (For The Best parts 1 & 2)
