Julia enters and announces her return, and, when Julia leaves, Sarah queries whether she and Mac are together, but is caught out when Julia returns and announces that Mac and her are fine. At reception, Sarah senses that Julia is covering something, but does not question her tetchiness further, focusing on Jimmi’s mood, determined to find out what happened with Greg in the bar? Jimmi is not playing and leaves to see a patient.
Later Sarah asks Greg how Julia has been with him. Greg is bemused but has nothing to report. Sarah asks about what happened in the bar with Jimmi, but Greg is feeling responsible for opening his mouth, and is pleased when Sarah is distracted by a patient. Greg tries to have a word with Jimmi about how he is, as he passes through recepion, but Jimmi is too busy with patients.
Later, Greg goes to have a word with Jimmi in his room, asking if he is okay, and apologising for mentioning last night in the bar earlier. Jimmi snaps, and Greg leaves, powerless to help today. Alone, Jimmi sighs and sinks into his chair.

Arriving for work at the Police Station, Greg accepts having the ‘mickey’ taken following Jimmi's mistaken identity.
Later, Helen takes a cuppa to Julia's room. Julia knows that people are talking, but appreciates Helen's concerns, confirming that she and Mac are definitely fine. Mac's demons have been affected by Marcia, their previous house guests drinking though, which shocked Julia. Julia misses Mac so much.
Sarah hesitates when Julia apologises for her mood earlier, and is taken back when Julia thanks Sarah for caring, and always being there to listen. Sarah is chuffed.
When leaving the Police Station, Di Baxter tells Greg that they have new information about drugs being manufactured, and they might be one step closer to their female suspect...
Meanwhile, Leon, is 16, and lives his widower dad, Vince. Leon is a talented engineer, which makes Vince immensely proud, but he is hiding his true career goals and is suffering from suspected Lupus. Leon sees Jimmi and gets his results confirmed, but not told his Dad anything yet. Leon finds it hard to accept such a possible life changing condition, and can’t really talk to his dad about anything.
Concerned, Jimmi goes to see Leon at home, and Vince learns of Leon's condition. Vince is worried but pleased he knows. Leon tells him that he does not want to be an engineer, he wants to be a journalist, which goes less smoothly. Vince' own father never listened to him. Vince and Leon feel closer by their honesty and Vince will help his Son in his career and deal with his condition. Jimmi's own un-loving relationship with his Father is suggested.
