Jimmi is trying very hard to avoid Sarah who seems very confused for his sudden change in attitude from their last conversation about him and Amanda. Little does she know that Amanda has found a lump in her breast and Jimmi is finding it very difficult to break up with her. He feels he can't let her down especially in her hour of need and now its up to him to support her - Ronnie speaks to Greg about his dead Uncle Bert's depressions - Greg tries to reassure him.
Meanwhile, Mikey Riley better known to his friends as Tank has recently been having black outs. "Tank" once upon time went out with Sarah and work's for her father Barry as a builder. "Tank" is a very energetic and active young man. He comes to see Doctor Greg complaining about a sprained wrist but really there are other health issues that need to be looked out. Sarah becomes suspicion and tries to find out the truth only to discover that he has been taking speed and this may been the cause of his "Blackouts"

Greg tries to put Ronnie's mind at rest every since he found out his Uncle Bert Suffered from depression - having his sister coping with a recent breakdown he is still very concerned it could be passed down geneticly to his and George's baby. Sarah tries to apologise to Jimmi about her comments about Amanda, only to make the situation worse. Amanda has had her biopsy results back, Jimmi is more dedicated now, than ever.
Meanwhile, Reg Simms is a 60 year old gentleman, he suffers with angina but hasn't told Darren Trent the love of his life - 20 years junior. Reg tries to keep healthy by going to the gym and collapses after his exercise routine which prompts him to see Jimmi. Darren works from home designing Magazine covers and has a problem performing sexually. Both of them have health concerns and go to see Jimmi separately . - Jimmi puts two and two together about Reg's headaches and blurred vision.
Darren has been crushing his sildenafil medication which is used for his impotence into Reg's food. Both men do love each, but have been too afraid to discuss their relationship and health problems.
'Who's Been Sleeping in my Bed'

Sarah seems concerned about Amanda's behaviour and puts it down to her recent discovery of the lump in her breast. Sarah tries to reassure her and offers her support. Amanda seems shocked and surprised that Jimmi has told her. Amanda knows she is in the clear but this doesn't stop her using the situation to her advantage.
Audrey Giles is an elderly lady who suffers from Alzheimer's. Roger Malone comes home to find Audrey sleeping in his bed - within the confusion and panic Audrey hits hits her head on the bedside table.
The police arrive with Greg who become more confused when both people Roger and Audrey are claiming it is their house. Audrey did live there some years ago but because of her illness, moved out into a residential home.
'Dream Team'

George is determined to help a patient who has been suffering from an on going dream. Ronnie makes an surprise discovery when he takes on a case only to discover his client has a brother in psychiatric hospital he never knew about.
Meanwhile, Diana Bishop has been having the same unexplained dream from childhood. She is now 26 years old, and the dream has become increasingly frequent. The dream is causing Diana sleepless nights. This is now causing strain in the relationship with her boyfriend.
George tries out one of her treatments using traditional aborigine treatments she's picked up while in Australia - In the meantime Ronnie discovers his client John Taft who is in his 40's has a an older brother in a psychiatric hospital. John is shocked and stunned that he parents have never told him.
'Own Hair and Teeth'

George decides to take early maternity leave. Amanda has convinced Jimmi to move to California for pioneering cancer treatment.
Meanwhile, Two people in their late 60's find friendship via a lonely hearts advert. Tommy Shawcross and Alice Evans enjoy each others company very much, while they are out, Alice struggles to breath.
Alice goes into the surgery -Helen notices Tommy is with her. Tommy's wife had a stroke some years ago and Tommy cares for her needs. Helen knows this, which prompts Tommy to be honest about his personal situation with Alice.
