Own Hair and Teeth
Two people in their late sixties find friendship via a lonely hearts advert. George decides to take early maternity leave. Amanda has convinced Jimmi to move to California for pioneering cancer treatment.
Adrian Lewis Morgan,Emma Samms,Stirling Gallacheris Jimmi leaving then? and how the heck can George's maternity leave be early, she's due in November and as of the date of this episode there will be a whole 6 days left of the month  unless her due date has jumped around again

The love of a dog puts an elderly lady at risk from having a much needed hip operation. Jimmi drops a bombshell, while George's early maternity leave leaves Julia panicking to find a locum.

uh-oh i'm a little worrid about Helen's tempting offer seeing as two characters are leaving this christmas (would they get rid of one of the original characters?), i know it's more likely it Jimmi and Amanda but does Amanda count as main character and not a reacurring character. and Julia's locum is surprising, old face returning? or maybe they're a little wild! and on this episode, boy are we getting near December!

The Family Unit
While attending an anti-natal class, George and Ronnie meet a young woman behaving strangely. Helen struggles with her feelings as everyone welcomes the new doctor.
