What's wrong with Ronnie ? Why did he give Daniel such a hard time ? Ronnie is such a horrible man ! Fortunately there was gorgeous Nick to make the episode enjoyable. ;D

Of course West is best - there really is no competition. One's a real man the other is an arrogant, sulky, insecure teenager. I'm speaking merely about the characters you understand.
As for Nick, always lovely to see him, but he does appear to be angry a lot of the time now. Most out of character, and I do think he'd be a little kinder towards Melody.
It's like the writers have forgotten what sort of character he was originally. Perhaps because he's been in so few storylines - and boy has the show suffered because of it.
They're not using one of their brightest, wittiest characters at all. Aside from the odd Joyce Grenfell style line from Vivien, it's all doom and gloom.
Also, just wanted to say how impressed I was with Melody in this episode. Good acting by all concerned with this storyline.
Finally, who on earth in their right mind would want to have a dinner with Mr & Mrs Smug, so the self-satisfied couple could laugh about their guest afterwards? Charming.
