Disney?

Well I've been watching Disney MV on youtube this morning, and it got me thinking, does anybody here have a favourite Disney film?

Mine are:

Pocahontas
Beauty and the Beast
The Lion King
Mulan
Toy Story
Toy Story 2
Finding Nemo

May I also add that I am a Classics fan all the way! Disney has ruined itself with Pixar now, everythings about commercial gain and nothing about the art! Toy Story & TS2 and Findind Nemo are the ONLY Pixar films I have so far enjoyed! Disney isn't the same as it used to be!

You need to add another category for my vote. I like Disney but I love Pixar ! I used to watch a lot of movies but now I'm into animation films.
Amongst my favourites:
- Ice Age (all of them; one more year before #3!)
- Toy Story (both of them)
- Monsters Inc.
- Cars
- Ratatouille
- Over the Hedge

Some of the classics are great and some of the pixar stuff is great - so I've voted for both!
Toy Story (I and II), Monsters Inc are fabulous. Lady and the Tramp and Pinocchio - I just love!!

Its wierd i used to watch angela lansbury and dick van dyke in those films non stop and now I watch them on the tv in murder mystery shows

Oh dear, I'm the odd one out as I really hate Disney. So as a consequence so does my son, as we never had anything Disney related when he was little. I only took him to see one film, 101 Dalmations, as all of his friends were going, & it was torture. Luckily son wasn't too impressed either so I never had to see another one.

Not sure why I don't like it, but I don't like any cartoons much either, apart from Tintin, & Top Cat.

I think I like the classics and pixar both the same really.

I like the classics a lot but pixar is also good. There's a couple of bits in Toy Story which can really crack both me and my brother up. The bit where Woody opens Buzz's helmet and Buzz makes that choking sound and says something like "Never open a spaceman's helmet on an unchartered planet!!"

Also, later that bit where they are both in the evil boy's house and Buzz only has one arm and he's wearing the apron and hat and taking part in the tea party. LOL.

I think probably my favourite Disney film might be Mary Poppins.
But I like alot of the others as well and I'm not sure I could say which are my favourites.

I suppose I like Peter Pan quite a bit and I used to be pretty obsessed with 101 Dalmations.

So those might be my top three:

Mary Poppins
101 Dalmatians (original cartoon version)
Peter Pan

I think I like both although I haven't seen a lot of the pixar movies.

I love the old disney films. I used to be absolutely terrified of Sleeping Beauty when I was little. and still adore Bambi although there I just some scenes I cannot watch. I also love Mary Poppins and Enchanted is really good too.

I also quite like the Toy Story films. I can't believe they were released so long ago. I was 4 or 5 when the first one came out and 9 or 10 when the second. It really, really doesn't seem that long ago. Strange to think I'll be 19 when the third is released.

I also love the live action 101 Dalmations (i've never seen the cartoon). All those puppies ;D

Very good question and poll! Must say I love both the Classics and PixarFavorites: Lion King and Mary Poppins of course (Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!!) But also Fantasia!!!! WOW!! Nobody did mix up anime and classical music that brilliantissimo.
Must say that I also like Tintin, and Tex Avery, and also the Disney of the East : Mr Hayaho Myazaki and the whole band at Ghibli Studios.
