Ironically, I watched Sad Cypress earlier today as a revision motivatey thing - great minds! But what amazing compliments from David Suchet! He's had some massive actresses on that show too. It's lovely that she's getting the recognition she deserves from those within her profession. Eee, SAME *sighs* I'll never understand how she manages to keep up the biting personality of Zara when she's so lovely in real life. Even her voice is softer! Ugh, amazing actress <3

I must admit I've not seen EDW in many other things but will certainly take a look at the You Tube channel when I can. From what I've seen she is quickly becoming one of my favourites.

Its really interesting how so many of us feel so passionatly about EDW,as an actress and about her Zara character,when the character has not been 'nice' very much lol
Its a great testiment to Elisabeth's acting and how she is in real life,that she can make us adore such a bitchy,mixed up character.

How very true! There is just something about the portrayal that infers a vulnerability that changes the perception of Zara away from being just a bitch through and through. |

Definitely, it's great the way we get to see her confident, aggressive personality, being able to cope with everything (seemingly) and putting others down but also we have glimpsed the other side of Zara - with her dad, for example, or being upset at seeing Daniel with another woman and times when she is just upset.
