I'd love to know any inmpressions you got of the cast e.g. are they taller, shorter than you always thought, that kind of thing.
The one question I noticed they all asked was : Do you watch Doctors? We were able to answer truthfully "Yes!".
The image for the day appeared to be long false eyelashes with lashings of mascara and diamonte studs along the outline - you'll see what I mean when I post Sophie A's pic plus being caked in foundation!!!!
The majority didn't wear tights and it was freezing! You could see their legs were mottled shades of blue as the majority wore short short dresses.
My impressions were:
Sophie aka Cherry: very bubbly said she'd had a couple of glasses of wine so wasn't sure of how to spell Lp's name! lol
Jan aka Karen - she was very sincere and looked really nice. She wore a lacy long sleeved top with a black linen skirt. She was really pleasant and friendly when she spoke.
Charlie (Immie) - much prettier in real life and definitely looks around 23yrs! She had a brown/cream long sleeved short dress on with her hair swept to one side and looked nice. She didn't know how to spell Lp's name at first.
Seeta aka Lily - she was brilliant, very friendly. She looked immaculate as you would expect and has a really bright and happy smile. She introduced her "daughter" Sapphire to us
and stood back and smiled for a photo. Ami was very nervous but looked nice and looked young.
Matt C and Matt K were both happy to sign Lp's autograph book. I didn't notice Matt C (Daniel) being full of himself. He was called by a group of girls for his photo to be taken with them and was clearly enjoying the fuss with EDW laughing at him.
Liz Bell aka Melody - well Lp called her but she went to the other side first and then Lp shouted

) and she turned round and Lp pointed to her book and Liz Bower said she come over next. This she duly did - I think she may have been afraid of Lp! lol She is very attractive and I wasn't surprised at her height because she is 5'11".
Donnaleigh aka Michelle - she was nice. Took time to ask Lp her name as did the others and asked if she watched Docs. She had the very heavy mascara false lashes on and her hair looked really nice. Her outfit was nice but for me the skirt could have been a little longer for her build. She was sensible though and had black tights on!!
Selina and hubby - both very pleasant. Wasn't too keen on SC's lipstick although it matched the colour of her dress. Hubby more attractive in real life. They kept looking over for Diane Keen too - as though they needed reassurance.
Diane Keen - I actually missed her signing Lp's book. By this time it was getting quite crowded where we were with the girls screaming for the boys/men from the other soaps. I saw the back of her quite close. She wore her hair up.
David S aka Simon - he seemed a really nice friendly bloke. Not at all nervous like his character.
Will - his hair was cut in a much better style and was really nice. Far more attractive in real life too. Should think he could tug at a few heart strings!
We spoke to Ivor (Sissy's brother) - he was fun and when he asked if we knew who he was I said yes because we loved Sissy's knitting for Jimmi and we all laughed. We didn't speak to Debbie Curzon (Sissy). If you remember she has been diagnosed with breast cance but I'm happy to say she looked well. She was being looked after by Heston.
Jack - whatever his name is - was pleasant and happy to sign Lp's autograph book.
Chris aka Rob Hollins - sorry haven't changed my mind about him. He was okay, pleasant enough but there is something about him
. I have to say when you see all the Hollins family together they do look good. I was really surprised Chris & Jan won though - I mean no way are they in Stirling and Seán's league and they only won the award once and that wasn't the first time they were put forward. It was an odd choice I felt but hey ho! it's for Doctor's so I'm not complaining really.
Elisabeth DW aka Zara - my favourite. She just oozed of natural beauty and class. She's very attractive and I wasn't surprised she was "pulled" in for an interview despite the questions being "cr@p"!! She looked lovely in her long black dress with diamonté straps and a black clutch bag. She asked Lp her name and when she spoke to her looked her straight in the eye and listened carefully to what was said to her. She had a lovely smile and her make up was just right - no false eyelashes or heavy plastering for her! She does look slightly older than she is I think especially with her hair swept up.
I would say all the Doctor's were dressed well with no outrageous outfits like the girl from Hollyoaks who wore a black netting dress with beads over all the places needed and nothing else!
I knew Liz Bower and DLB were tall and wasn't at all surprised by any of their heights except Matt K was shorter as Lp said.
I thought Kym Marsh looked superb in her green dress. Even Rita Symons looked nice in her outfit this year - it really suited her. There was a lot of linen worn this year. Lacey Turner's white suit could have come out of River Island although it didn't! She was very nicely spoken too.
Oh! the first person to arrive was Anita Dobson. She wore a black lacy knee length dress by ..............Frank Usher. How did I know??? Well she had the label hanging out the back
