Hi I'm new to all this!! Just wondering if anyone has read the spoilers on digital spy? Friday's episode 'A Rocky Road' mentions about an "emotional farewell" - does this mean that someone is leaving? I haven't read anything about cast changes!

Sadly unlike the other soaps Doctors tends not to announce exits in arcade. There is a thread in the spoiler bit but we don't really know anything concrete.

One thing I do like about Doctors is that there aren't so many well publised spoilers. I don't mind finding out little snippets, but to know too much in advance really can spoil it.

Thanks for your responses. I think it would be a shame if they let Zara’s character go she’s interesting and unpredictable. As a viewer I think it’s nice to see a happy ending once in a while.

I think Zara is better off without Daniel, he will always let her down, after she confided to him about early menopause and how she got his daughter back, should have made him love her even more, how he has hurt her is unforgivable and shows his true character, he is sellfish ,insensitive and shallow beyond belief,Zara is beautiful and will find someone who truely loves her and will put her first above all else which she deserves.Zara is the best actor in doctors and i watch it just to see her, Den

I totally agree that EDW is amazing and definitely one of the strongest cast members. However I think the whole Zara/Daniel thing isn't so black and white. Zara said herself she knows this is about him keeping Izzy close by. Lisa is just the cross he has to bear in doing so. As Joe and Julia were saying he thinks he is doing the responsible thing sacrificing his own happiness to give Izzy a proper family. I think that's why he wouldn't talk to Joe about Zara because he knows he has hurt her and that they are meant to be. I think it, ultimately, will make them even more captivating when they get back together. Not having them together is not an option!!
