It's still keeping me engaged! Well done Kat. I didn't realise you had posted more parts as other stories were posted on the same day. Guys we've always had a bit of an unwritten rule about posting fanfic. We do try to not post on the same day as another author. It's actually a written rule, it's pinned at the top of the fanfic thread... I guess people are ignoring it 'cause there are a fair few fanfics active at the moment. Also, muses don't work to a schedule! I completely get what you're saying though, I updated yesterday but I think only one person has read it because another was posted straight afterwards. However, it seems unfortunate if the solution forces us to plan updates in advance :/ PS. Katrina, on the real subject of this thread: stunning writing as always. I love your style, and I see I'm not the only one who had tears in her eyes after reading! Beautiful, can't wait for more. |

Thanks for pointing that out Decani  I know it might seem like I was moaning, and I do know how difficult it can be when the muse takes hold, and I'd hate to squash anyone's desire to write, but it is a shame if some fanfics are getting overlooked. Maybe you keen youngsters could at least give 10 hours after a posting. |

Thanks for pointing that out Decani I know it might seem like I was moaning, and I do know how difficult it can be when the muse takes hold, and I'd hate to squash anyone's desire to write, but it is a shame if some fanfics are getting overlooked. Maybe you keen youngsters could at least give 10 hours after a posting. Or saving parts in a word / office / notepad / email which is what I tend to do. That way I have a backup copy and I can write further ahead when the mood takes me and then post when I feel like it. Thank you for the comments it means a lot to me. |

Mainly because this issue hasn't really arises before. Or at least not since the rules were written but that was in like 2005 so things have changed since then. |
