can someone please tell me how to ease friction burns? i have one on each arm and they are extremely sore, so i would be very grateful for any advice

i'd try alo-vera cream if you have, hope it's the english name....
but i'm no doctor- try the health forum that is linked from the bbc official docs homepage

thanks. will search out alo-vera (i'm sure we have some somewhere). yes Alo-vera is the english name, i even have an Alo-vera plant.
will try the doctors health homepage in a minute.

I went down a death slide lying flat on my back with both arms by my side, i was wearing a short sleeved t-shirt.
i hope they get better soon as well!!

death slides are slides that are totally vertical.

Remember my youngest daughter going down one many years ago. Her t-shirt rode up and she got a huge friction burn on her back!!
