Faith is an excellent nurse and is well liked by her patients. She is also fun loving and energetic, despite much bad luck.

Sadly, she has had a disastrous love life. She had a one night stand with Marc, and then thought she'd met Mr Right in Ben, but he left her broken-hearted. Then she was raped while on a date with Mac's son Liam and she became pregnant as a result. But she terminated the pregnancy and had counselling which enabled her to move on.

Eventually she fell in love and married Jerry, a fireman. However they got into a lot of debt and lost their home. They both took second jobs to try to make ends meet, which led to Jerry getting involved with a drugs gang. It all ended in tragedy when Jerry was shot and killed in a siege at Riverside. Faith was compensated by the gang for his death however and she was able to clear her debts and move on.

Faith left The Mill in 2006, after finding out she has renititos pigmentosa which will most likely result in her losing her sight completely. At the time of her leaving, Faith was in a relationship with Paul Canley and expecting their first child
