as for the other stuff, it's also a little helpful to me as i guess i'll have to deal with it when i'm older (ok that is a really scary thought) it is scary for us too, kat. these are things that we never did, and we don't know what to expect, and it is a different thing to what we are used to. anyway, i don't think we'll have curtains to begin with, first thing - the house is in the middle of nowhere, so no people passing by to watch. secondly, no streets lights cause there isn't a street there. it's more of a driveway off the main road - which connects the closeby village (2 miles) and another little town (10 miles? maybe less) and the highway doesn't have lights as well. the nearest house is about 200 yards across the path. i don't know tne costs of putting curtains in a whole house, but i guess it's not very cheap so we'll see if we feel the need and get the money for that later, i guess. there are things that you must see after living in a place and not before entering, imagination is nice, but until you actually try, you can never know. thanks a million, friends. please write more if you remember anything you think we should know. we are supposed to enter in august (Michali will, i'll stay in israel til october, i'm afraid) so there is a lot of time to enjoy your good advice. love xxx i
