i think we should leave the fanfiction section only for the stories and not for talking about them so here's my refering to the very first doctors fanfiction: like it, want some more. WHAT WAS THERE IN THE LETTER ? ? ? don't leave us waiting for long love xxx i. p.s. helen's eyes are greenish-brown, not blue...

oh, come on, how can you forget writing ? ? ? ;D it seems you and i are the only ones here but i don't mind. i'm really happy you had the courage to start this thing. sometimes the youngest have the "guts" to do things we "old" people can't see themselves doing. not that i'm that old but... anyway, if i wrote my fanfiction it would be "slash" (if you know what this means) and i prefer to leave it for much much later if at all. btw: helen's eyes are green. really bright green, final. watched yesterday's episode really carefully about that. love xxx i.

slash fanfiction is a type of fiction where two members of the same sex are in some kind of romantic or sexual relationship. Most slash fic is male/male, but there is also female/female slash. not suitable for young children... there are a lot of slash fanfiction sites. most of those i've seen were harry potter sites (i don't really want to know what he does with hagrid) but there are a lot of tv shows fanfiction as well. mostly american. buffy, xena, angel all these series. in fact, i don't think i ever came across any english fanfiction (if you don't consider mr. potter who is known all over the world and therefore has fans everywhere). ;D so you see, i don't think i'll be able to come up with a "straight" story... anyway, what is this "sats" you mentioned? love xxx i

oh ok then i did no what slash is, it confused me when i didn't see f/f or m/m next to it. there are a few brit fanfics around mostly Casualty, Holby City and Eastenders. SATS is a british exam taken by students at years 3 which i think is age 7, 6 which i think is age 11 or 12 and 9 which is age 13 or 14. i'm taking the year 9 ones in like three weeks time, which i am not looking forward too. the only good part about it is i get to read Shakesphere.
oh and the letter in my fanfic is reaveled in part 2 which i posted yesterday (i think)

is it just literature or other subjects as well??
glad you enjoy shakespeare. i never had the chance to read any of the classics in its original language.
when we study english we read very old fashion articles or some magazines. never fine poetry or plays. my wife asked to move up to the "english speakers" class when she was in high school even though she wasn't born in an english speaking country (our english is just from school) because she wanted to read real literature. i adore her for that. i never tried. and i love english writers. but i read them translated.
anyway. i don't like all the english series you mentioned so i'll never look for their fiction. have you read them? do the writers for casualty and holby city write stories just about the regular characters or do they add storylines with patients as well? i wonder if we should add to the riverside/best fanfiction all sorts of medical stuff or it can be only with the staff and their private life issues.
what do you think?

katrina, can you add another part to your story? tell us more who came there, maybe describe the funeral? it was too short...

i will write the next part. SATS are English, Maths and Science. the Holby/Cas writers do different things, some write about regular characters, some do patients. some do a mixture of both.
