Ok so to liven this up a little bit, were going to add some light. So here's how we do that -
Go to the tool bar again and along to Effect then Ellumination effects and Sunburst.



You can play with the adjustments and make the beams/rays go where ever you like



Then we use the Rastor Deform tool on the left hand tool bar, click on the picture, and then we need the layers merge tool again.

Right last thing needed is the text.

On the left hand tool bar -



Place the cursor where you want the text to appear, and left click, a writing box will appear and you simply type what you want.



All that's to do now is to merge it all together again, and job done.
