the Mac leaving situation has got me totally perplexed. I've just read on another site that Christopher finished filming a couple of months ago with no plans of a return and on his agents site that he is currently on a theatre tour.

So i've e-mailed his agent and hopefully they will reply with an answer, I just hope it says that Christopher will return as Mac, as I can't imagine the show without him - he is a very vital member of the cast. and in all honesty I don't think it can survive without him - if he does go, in the last 7 months we/they will have lost the only two originals left and that is something that can make or break a show. As much as I like Holby City, It's never been quite the same since the original characters left. Still time will tell i suppose
