George is my favourite. She just makes me smile. She burst onto the scene, didn't give Marc & Helen a chance to offer her the job just assumed she'd got it and asked when could she start! She was scatty, dropped things, mislaid things and just such a instant likeable character and with her automatically came her wonderful husband, Ronnie

. They were firm favourites from the start. She is one very special doctor

Her dress sense I sometimes find absolutely hilarious ;D! All those layers and brightly coloured tights. The latest was in the recent Witness to a Wedding episode whereby she had the usual layers and layers of clothes, jade/turquoise tights and bright red high shoes! They must have such a laugh choosing her combination of clothes and colours. In fact I'm beginning to wonder whether George is now Stirling or Stirling is now George! ;D ;D

Stirling Gallacher is just a superbly brilliant actress!

I agree. George is my favourite too. She's put Ronnie through the Mill ::)a few times the way she carries on. He's been very patient with her over the years and had to put up with her whims and fancies. She knows she's gone a bit too far though now and has quietened down a lot. Ronnie stands up to her more now as well. I liked them best in the earlier days when she was crackers.
