At the end of march Doctors is going to be 10 years old so what are your 5 best ever Doctors Storylines and what would you like to see happen for the 10th Birthday?
Mine are
1.Vivians rape(powerfull stuff,well written and acted)
2.The Riverside Explotion (brilliant stunt)
3.Ruths Illness (Another well acted and written storyline)
4.George giving Birth(brilliant Scenes when George didn't want the baby)
5.Jimmi's kidnap (I find this storyline quite funny and different)
For the 10th Birthday i'd like to see Helen,Mac,George and ronnie turn up at the mill and nice Big explotion would be good with a death and some flashbacks of the past 10 years all wrapped up in an hour special

In no order;
Vivien's rape-definitely
The skip crash and Nick's injury story
Jimmy and Sissy
All George and Ronnie stories ;D
Kieron being kidnapped by Susie
I think a flashback episode would be a great way to celebrate. They once did something similar when Mac went to a radio station and talked about the surgery and the Doctors. That was good.

Mine are:
Carolina's daughter story and Carolina's death (I can remember - not sure how correctly - a scene between Mac and Carolina where she talked about how her aunt raised her daughter and I believe it was around the time Carolina was living the the surgery).
Helen and Marc's relationship
George's pregnancy (Anatomy of Marriage remains one of my favourite episodes although What Price Love was nice too with Bracken's birth and the happy ending for Helen and Marc).
Greg and Rico's Romance
Nick's injury and all of the fallout (although the George and Ronnie split was a less positive aspect)
The explosion at Riverside because it was a nice big stunt and a good way of introduing the new set.
Tasha's pregnancy (just because I liked the character)
Jimmi and Sarah's relationship
The kidnap of Ciaran
Vivian's Rape because it was so well done both the writing and the acting
Ruth's Illness again because of how well it was done.
A special mention has to go to Sissy and Jimmi because although it wasn't the most serious of storylines it was entertaining.

Oh well! If you can have more than 5; ;D
Jude's affair with Bill while she was going out with his son
Helen's affair with Steve's brother
Kate's affair with Father David
Caitlyn coming to stay with Ronnie and George and mad Val
Caroline having an affair with her Mother's boyfriend (Darren Day)
'Not proper sex' between George and Nick and the fallout (no pun intended)

My top five stories. In no particular order -
1. Ruth's mental illness. I particularly liked the fact that she came back to work again whereas in any other programme, when a character has such an extreme breakdown, it's usually their exit story. But Ruth came back...which I think gives such a positive message about people with mental health issues. You can get through these things...it doesn't have to define you.
2. Vivien's rape. Again, it was largely the fact that she got through it. The trial, the moment when she told the whole staff room about her ordeal: these were such powerful moments and it was such a long and well-thought out story with a positive ending.
3. Nick being stalked by Sadie and rescued by Rico...just because it was fun. Poor Nick. Whereas the other characters seem to find themselves in terrible traumatic situations, but then get through them, Nick always found happiness but then it was snatched away from him...I thought the romance with Sadie was wonderful - him helping out with the Scouts and showing his caring side. And then you discover it's all leading to a very dark place indeed.
4. Jimmi's kidnap - just for being daring and different and totally watchable even if sometimes it was completely doolally.
5. Michelle's decline and fall...from her reaction to discovering Ruth had been sleeping with her half-brother to her running in front of the car. I still want to see Michelle have a happy ending: she used to be such a fun character.
Oh, and can I give an honourable mention to Ronnie trying to expose police corruption and being stalked...the episode where they set fire to Bracken's wendy house was wonderful. Oh, and Julia's romance with the corrupt policeman who was into erotic asphyxiation! When you start thinking about it, it's hard to limit it to five...
For the 10th anniversary, I don't particularly like the idea of a flashback or 'down memory lane' episode because they can seem a bit sad and they remind you of what you've lost and that was then and this is now, really. At one point, I would have loved the idea of them all flying to Bermuda for Vivien and Lionel's wedding for the week...but as Cherry, Zara and Simon have never met Vivien, it all seems a bit pointless. But, perhaps a Heston and Lily wedding...with Vivien as a guest? Or am I living in cloud cuckoo land?

Oh and could we have the "filling in bits" please for the latest Jimmi, Sissy and Ivor storyline so I know how they managed to kidnap Jimmi (yes I know we saw the car headlights straight on him). Also who found him and who took him to hospital. Thank you . Foxadoodle: If they have a wedding for Lily and Heston then George and Ronnie would need to come back aswell as Vivien because they all knew each other .

I so totally forget the Jude storyline where she was dating the father and son and didn't know who was the daddy. And Val and Caitlyn.
In all fairness there are very few storylines I actually seriously dislike (Mantis storyline is the main one that sticks out).

I didn't like Michelle and the brothel storyline and the weird story about Jude and her sister. I don't know whether I missed the beginning of that story, but I was puzzled all the way through. They were frightened of a man that they thought they'd killed or something and he turned up and stalked them
