I'm pleased two awards were won, but in my opinion they are quite random ones! I don't particularly like the chars of Rob or Karen but do think they have a good dynamic. Nice that Ami Cox won an award, but she was only in a few episodes. Nonetheless, very pleased at Doctors' success!! They do seem a little random. Best patnership is a hard one because obviously Stirling and Sean also won that award and I don't think Karen and Rob are in the same league as George and Ronnie although they work well together. She may not have been there all that long bit Ami Cox did have a few stories and she was good in them so I can sort of understand. I am rather shocked it did not go to Alexander Bain or Maisie Smith as they are cute little kids and tend to get more recognition than older ones. Doctors will get backlash though cos many other soap fans, who often don't watch the show, are quite snobby towards them. |
