Yes, it was great. If you can, it's something to do once, just to see how it is. It is so different from the idea you can get when you watch it on tv.
The red carpet is shorter than I thought, and there are so fewer people than it seems! There wasn't much of a queue half an hour before we were allowed to go in. I thought that there would be hundreds of mad fans...but not. Well, there were some mad people. ;D Then, it's only a couple of rows of people on each side of the red carpet. Kind of disappointing fan-wise, but I got to be in the front row. Hence all the autographs.

I'm sorry iheartdaniel, but Matt C seemed a bit full of himself. He signed a few autographs when he came onto the red carpet, then headed straight to the cameras for an interview. The Docs cast didn't have that many requests for autographs, but he didn't oblige as all the others did.

I too was at the British Soap Awards once again this year, and had a wonderful time - just a shame that the weather wasn't all that!

Below are some of the photos that I took, they're not brilliant but I'm not that good at juggling a camera and autograph book at the same time. I'll post some scans of the autographs I got later on today








Donnaleigh did confirm that she finished filming last week










Seeta said that she might return to the show briefly if there's demand (not in those exact words)




Philip said that if you thought that Charlie was bad now - you haven't seen nothing yet. He's about to take things a whole lot further.













Was lovely to meet a bunch of lovely Doctors fans there as well, one of whom may have already posted in this forum - was nice not being the only one, and made it a lot more enjoyable

You're good at multitasking. I opted for team work: I stuck to getting autographs and I had my own photographer. Hopefully I should see the photos soon. Fingers crossed there are some good ones. I'll post if they're decent. ;D

Amazed they won x 2 though, but really pleased. Suspect if it was viewers' votes, rather than panel voting they wouldn't have got anything.

Great photos! Glad that Doctors fans were represented, would have been a little embarrassing for the cast if noone was there! The link I posted was just a photo of Matt Chambers on the red carpet in some rather strange attire. It was from Wireimage.
