Monday 14th February
It's Valentines Day and Cherry is mortified to wake up with a cold sore. When Jimmi says the wrong thing any hope of romance quickly dies, but luckily he makes up for it with a romantic gesture in the middle of the surgery.
It's the day Mrs Tembe is part of the official line-up at St Phil’s to meet The Queen, but it doesn’t go to plan. Firstly Daniel replaces an unwell Heston but his name is not on the list at the reception then Mrs Tembe gets a drink spilt down her, leaving her rushing to get to the procession before The Queen leaves - but will she get there in time?
Meanwhile, Elaine tries to help a bullied book publisher regain his dignity.
Tuesday 15th February
Mrs Tembe arrives at The Mill like a condemned woman, but realises that no one has heard about events the day before, so asks Daniel to be discreet. But she has no such luck when she discovers everyone laughing at the local newspaper.
She tries to call Heston but he shows her no sympathy and tells her to stop the self-pity and get on with it.
Jack is touched by his tutors kindness after an argument with Zara, but does she take advantage of his emotional state?
Karen finally returns home but she continues to ignore Rob. Meanwhile, Heston is furious when a patient recovering from a heart attack ignores his advice.
Wednesday 16th February
The Mill is thrown into lock down when the authorities suspect that someone inside is infected with a deadly virus. The situation starts in a hotel room with Charlotte discovering a rash on her shoulder that soon spreads to her face. She then wakes up in an isolation tent with the doctor asking if she's been in contact with anyone else, and if so, where are they? Charlotte says only "The Mill" and passes out...
At The Mill, Cherry is trying to take blood from an difficult girl called Vic while Jimmi, Heston and Zara are also deeling with their own patients when Julia announces they have a ‘code blue’ situation, which means there's a high risk of airborne biological threat.
The situation soon escalates when Vic spits in Cherry's face and Jimmy is knocked unconscious, while Simon, who hears about the code blue, sees his friend George, a virologist, who might be able to help.
Zara and Daniel find themself caught up in a heated moment as Cherry notices a rash on her body just before passing out.
Simon finds out where the virus came from and gets Jimmi to administer an antiviral to Cherry - but is it already too late?
Thursday 17th February
It is the aftermath of the outbreak at The Mill and everyone is waiting for news of Cherry's recovery, including the press who are starting to bother Julia.
Jimmi goes to the hospital to visit Cherry while Jack decides to confront Lucy to find out why she kissed him - but will it happen again?
Karen gets a call from her old friend Angie who encourages her to get back in the dating scene, but Karen's not so sure if she's ready.
Meanwhile, Zara and Daniel agree their moment in The Mill the day before was just a 'blip' and didn't mean anything more.
Friday 18th February
Karen's attempts at ignoring Angie don't work when she arrives unexpectedly at The Mill. Karen agrees to go for lunch with her where Angie suggests going on a date with her friend Kevin.
Karen agrees to go on the date but lies to Imogen about where she's going. Immie ends up finding out anyway and she and Jack get into an argument, forcing Jack back to Lucy.
Meanwhile, Jimmi goes to visit Cherry and discovers she is allowed to come home the next day.
