Probably my most random title ever but I honestly couldn't think of anything else to name this. This fic is also incredibly random and it doesn't really have much of a story to it but is rather a collection of little random scenes. There will be at least one more part to this.
This fic pretty much comes from a conversation I had with Sarah - and so can probably be blamed on her ( : D ) But yes I hope it gives you a laugh (and not cause you to send the men in white coats after me).

“Have a good day sweetheart” Jed Grey said with a smile as he placed a kiss of the forehead of his toddler daughter. Little Zara lifted her large eyes up to him and gave him a small shy smile.
“I will daddy” She answered, shuffling her feet slightly and trying to look sad. She watched as guilt flickered across his face. He hated leaving his little angel here. Jed gently ruffled her hair which caused Zara to scowl for a moment.
“Good girl. I’ll see you later” he said, as he turned away from her. She watched as he left the building before toddling happily in to the playroom. She surveyed the room trying to see who was going to be in today. Her face lit up when she saw Danny Granger playing with the toy cars in the corner with Jimmi Clay.

“Don’t go” Little Cherry Malone wailed as her mummy carried her in to the nursery. She was clutching desperately at her neck and wailing like a child possessed. Little Zara turned her head towards the sound and made a noise of disgust. She hated the days when Cherry was in. Cherry was the nurseries little princess.
“But you love coming to play at nursery” Cherry’s mum tried to reason while trying to disentangled herself from her daughter’s grasp. For a two year old Cherry seemed to possess superhuman strength.
“No” Cherry screamed trying to grip tighter.
“She is such a baby” Zara muttered, trying to wriggle closer to Danny on the storytime mat. Zara loved storytime and if Cherry didn’t stop her dramatics it was going to be delayed.
“She’s ok” Jimmi replied with a slight smile. He enjoyed playing games with Cherry sometimes especially when Danny was busy.
“She’s a cry baby” Zara said turning her back on Jimmi and giving Danny her full attention. Danny was much more interesting than Jimmi anyway.
“Look Cherry your friend’s are already here” Mrs Malone was getting desperate now. She finally managed to get Cherry’s arms away from her neck and was lowering her red faced screaming daughter to the floor. Still at least the red face was a near match for the entirely pink outfit and hair ribbons the little girl wore.
“No” Cherry shouted, feeling her feet touch the floor. She was kicking out and still crying. Cherry’s mum let go off her and tried to step away but her lack of speed resulting in Cherry attaching herself to her left leg.
“Hi Cherry” Jimmi said softly walking up to the still screaming child. Danny was now talking to Zara and he felt left out.
“Morning Jimmi” Mrs Malone said softly. She liked little Jimmi He was a sweet little boy – if a little quiet. Cherry hushed up instantly and turned her attention to the boy. She flashed him her sweetest most innocent smile.
“JIMMI” She shouted and wrapped her little arms around him causing Jimmi to freeze momentarily before allowing her to do it. Mrs Malone laughed and muttered something about young love before making a hasty retreat out of the door.

“Now children, shall we sing our good morning song?” Mrs Gallagher said brightly, sitting herself down on the overstuffed chair in the storytime area. She forced herself to smile as she looked over the group of children. She knew that today was going to be one of those days. Before the children had time to answer she burst in to the song and tried to force herself to remain smile despite the fact that little Winifred was trying to outshine Marina, while dear Heston just couldn’t seem to get the tune despite having sung this song every day for the past 2 years.
After they’d song their song and read their first story of the day the children were allowed to go off and enjoy free play which basically meant chaos. Little Zara ran straight for the playhouse where she dominated the baby dolls. She had two special favourites. Danny followed close behind her, like a puppy dog. Little Kevin Tyler was bragging to everyone who would listen that he had a new toy car at home and was annoying Freya Wilson who was getting very close to pushing him over. Robby Hollins was digging through the dressing up box to find his favourite policeman outfit while his friend Karen was standing beside him tutting about something.
~~
“That’s my baby” Zara cried out as Lisa Torres carried one of the dolls from the playhouse. Lisa shook her head and turned back to Zara while cradling the doll close to her chest.
“My doll” Lisa responded “She’s called Isobel and she’s MY baby” she shouted. Zara picked up her other baby doll and cuddled it close to her chest. She didn’t want Lisa to take that one too.
“She’s my Izzie” Zara replied trying to stop herself from crying “Me, Danny, Izzie and Max are a family” Danny was wandering around outside of the playhouse not really sure what he was meant to be doing but knowing that if he left the house that Zara would go mad.
“Danny my friend not yours” Lisa responded, sticking her tongue out at Zara and clutching the Izzie-doll closer to her. Zara stuck out her lower lip in a pout and shook her head from side to side.
“MY DANNY, MY DANNY, MMMYYYYY DDDAAANNNNNNYYYYYYY” Zara shouted at the top of her little lungs. Causing the entire nursery to turn and look at her and Danny to turn an impressive shade of red. Mrs Gallagher rushed over to the scene and knelt down so that she was level with the upset group of toddlers.
“Now Zara, I’m sure you can share Izzie with Lisa and you can all play nicely together” Mrs Gallagher reasoned trying to sound like she had authority while wondering how she had managed to attract such a strange bunch of children.
“Like one big family?” Danny asked meekly from where he was stood. Zara glowered at him obviously not liking the idea of sharing while Lisa tried to hide the smug look on her face about getting in to the group.
