I found Howard to be so so funny especially with his pretend evil smiles.

Karen and her video imitating The Blaire Witch Project made me laugh - I swear I would slap her - hard ! Fecken eejit doing her back in other OLDER team members were fine.

Mmmm it would be a great way to get rid of Karen and her totally annoying character.
