The role played by Kevin as a doctor is so unreal and so bad that it's not even funny. His reaction to the patient with a skin condition was unprofessional and no doctor would behave like that - maybe a first day medical student but an experienced doctor wouldn't react like that.
As for Emma, she spent most of her day at the hospital with a patient and her son - I do not know any doctor not actually working in the hospital who does that .
Please scriptwriters, get back to some semblance of reality.
