And how helpful was Emma today turning up at a patients place of work to check up on them! It's not like she had other things to do like paperwork or seeing other patients!

I still wonder if Al is a proper character, or if he's one of these guest characters, like Lauren, or the vile Charlie, who comes in to take part in a storyline, but then ends up being murdered (or killing, or raping) someone. I notice he isn't in the credits, and he just doesn't seem to belong in the team. I hope so because I'm really not keen on the character - he's obnoxious, but not in a funny way (as politically incorrect Charlie was).

Yes I was wondering the same especially when I finally noticed Emma's inclusion in the credits.
He is obnoxious but he is actually more real than any of the other doctors. Many doctors tend to stand on their dignity and well, he does! ;D
