I thought Karen's party was hilarious, though I was slightly disappointed that the conservatory roof didn't collapse on her this time. And it's always nice to see Jim McDonald from Coronation Street, so it is.

And...though I hate to admit it, Al, the new Doctor did make me smile a bit. I'm still not quite sure why they've introduced this strange, arrogant slob of a doctor, but I'm intrigued to know about his inventions. I have a feeling Howard may regret investing money in his hi-tech valve...
