I think it would be good if they concentrated on Doctors and how they are within the practice instead of all of these stories about people who are just flicking by in an episode. Enough of the Sam story too ! Emma, although a brilliant actress is beginning to get to me with those " scared haunted eyes ". As for Chris, yeah sorry for him in a way but he needs to stop behaving like a truculent teenager.
The only bit that I'm liking is the growing romance between Mrs T and the rector.
