OK, this was a very silly story indeed. But at least, it went for it. If you're going to have a Punch and Judy-themed episode, then at least have men dressed as life-sized crocodiles, comedy policemen, and Mr Punch talking through a swizzle. It was very silly indeed, but I never got bored.
I also enjoyed the Zaniel story, which was pure romcom. What does pride come before? A fall...and it looks as if this fall is going to bring Zara and Daniel back, living together again. And Zara will begin to realise what she's been missing. The bit where Daniel tried to persuade her to wear fluffy slippers was particularly entertaining.
And the Chris and Emma story seems to be taking a very strange turn. Chris is now dressing like his father - and retracing his steps on historical battlefields. And Emma accidentally called him Sam. Oops. I can't help but remember 'Oedipus Rex', the story of a man who murders his father and marries his mum. After weeks of Chris just moping about looking miserable, we suddenly seem to be entering a really rather interesting (and slightly Shakespearean) phase of this story.

Esther Coles is in Doctors again. She always seems to be in it every couple of years.
Quite a boring episode, not much more to say!
