just looked through the notes i made before i wrote the first part. heres how i explained for myself why Sarah's at helens,

after Sarah helped Helen through her depression, Helen felt she owed something to Sarah. Helen knew that Sarah was getting annoyed with living at home with her parents, so Helen invited Sarah to live with her (not only would it be company but a live-in babysitter).

i'm off to write the final part now.
